Feeling Sad

I don’t know what happened to me today. I went to the gym and went for 5 mile walk for 30 minutes. Suddenly, in the middle through my walk, I felt like crying and sad of something. The truth is, I am a kind out of shape and it keeps me think most of the time. I think I’ve been thinking too hard on how to loose weight or I don’t know maybe I was only stress.

It is very hard to loose weight. I need some motivation and focus myself to reach my goal. I hope I can keep going.

of course Petradear, you can do it. get rid of the pressure to lose weight and instead focus on the goal that you want to be healthy. there's a big difference between the two.
