Cutting the Crap

Having children means I can’t get to the gym all the gym. I was supposed to go in the gym at least 5 times a week but last week I went there for only two times with my aerobic class. The gym have a nursery that I can leave my children but when they started crying they call your attention. Sometimes, in the middle of aerobic class, they are crying then I can’t finish my exercise.

This time, I am cutting the crap of my foods and work in my treadmill for at least 30 minutes a day. I’m sure, I will the benefits later. Weight will diminish.
