My hubby is working in a night shift schedule. Ever since before we got married, he worked the night shift. Even though he exercise while he’s at work, but it seems he is putting more weights in his body. Have heard about, if you work in nihgt shift you are prone of obesity? I don’t know why, I think our metabolism is slower at night.
Before we got married, hubby was only 173 pounds but now he weighs 182 pounds. So after 4 years he gained 9 pounds. I think he should be eating less and cut his colorie.
