I feel like I ate today but then it feels like is too much. For breakfast, I had one cup of milk, ½ cup of cereal, one toast bread and scrabled egg. I don’t usually eat much every breakfast though. I know breakfast if very important meal but what can I do.
For my lunch, I had 4 asparagus, grilled chicken with gravy and tomato sides. At dinner I had spinach salad and the meatless chicken. I think I didn’t much but it feels like my tummy is full.
