Everyday after school I usually rush in going home and wait for the telephone to ring. My best friend and I usually talk wee hours of the night and just chitchat about the things that happened to school that day. Sometimes my mom will get angry because I usually fall asleep at our living room and that I forgot to do my assignments. Have you experience that? That was in the 80s. That’s what I like about using the landline compared to mobile phone. There is no limit in its usage because you have a standard monthly rate and you don’t have to charge it.
