Shopping for furniture

There's something very calming about going furniture shopping. Most people I know don't like it, but I find it very comforting. The designer in me loves creating imaginary rooms with all of the different furniture styles and fabrics to create the perfect living room sentiment. I love leather, suede, and anything made by La-Z-Boy. Sometimes, if I find myself out shopping without my husband, I'll sneak into one of those big furniture warehouses, find a nice plus recliner, and just rest for a while. Most of the time, store employees won't even mind! To be fair, I do buy a lot of it. Every time I'm feeling unhappy or stressed, I love to redecorate rooms. My husband is used to coming home and finding completely different furniture and whole rooms re-arranged. He never minds though, especially when I buy him a new leather chair to relax in when he gets home from work. There's nothing like unloading a brand new La-Z-Boy recliner from the delivery truck—or a pair of it for us to share! Setting it all up in the center of living room, and watching a few hours of direct tv hd dvr. It's one of our favorite pastimes!
