cigars

I have seen teenagers who smoked cigars while drinking liquors and alcohol in the city bandstand in divisoria. I am not happy with what I saw. I felt pity with those guys. They are still students and they should spend their time at school and not in those hang outs. I could see how the parents had worked hard just to send their children to school. Unfortunately, these students are very ungrateful to their parents.
