Children Vitamins

It is hard to live far away from your family. I have so much questions about raising kids but no one can tell me about it unless if I will check on the internet. As a mother, I am always worried about my children's nutrition. I have observed, children in the Philippines are given vitamins by their parents. But in my case, my children don't have any vitamins. Their pediatrician says, if the baby is drinking milk, they are fine and if they eat good too. I am worried because I am not use to this.

go organic, all natural is still the best way to go. best if you can plant the vegetables yourself, that way you are sure of what you are eating. have a nice day!

Petra, you know how it is. Parents always want the best for our kids. If you think about it, most nutrients are already available in a well balanced diet, but we just want to make sure, hence the supplementation. Anyway, if your daughter is growing up healthy, you're probably giving her all the nutrients she needs.

I don't think that we should give children vitamins in supplements. Try to get it naturally.
