ATM not the Automated Teller Machine but the Automatic Tubig Machine is now available for franchise in the Philippines . It is a self service water refilling station where one can get a drink of cold mineral water for as low as one peso. The machine was invented by Mr. Teodoro Begado who was an overseas Filipiono worker (OFW) for ten years.
