Shrimp Omelet

This one is mine. I was treated by my boss to a Chinese restaurant where he ordered something not in the menu. It was basically a shrimp omelet dish which I tried to recreate. I thought I was not that bad….

Ingredients:
3 eggs
a pound of shrimps (shelled & de-veined)
spring onions
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
salt & pepper to taste
cooking oil

Here’s how:
Whisk eggs. Set aside. Heat oil in pan. Add green onions, garlic and shrimp. Sautee. When shrimp is cooked, pour egg and make an omelet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. That’s it. This is very simple but sooo delicious. Yummy!
