Testicle-cooking Contest

As a way of promoting the dish, Ljubomir Erovic, of the Serbian Tourism Board organized the World Testicle Cooking Contest which was known as the World Ball Cup in 2005. The event was participated by 12 teams of specialist cook from around the world who cooked 20 kilos (44 lb) of bull, boar, camel, ostrich and kangaroo testicles! Testicles are regarded as a gourmet delicacy in Serbia .
