I have been exercising for more than six months now and I have loss some inches around my tummy and I look less but still my weight is not reducing. I also eat better than before and I exercise at least 30 minutes in the treadmill and 4 times a week aerobics in the gyms. But I feel like I am not losing weight a lot. Weight loss is a big problem of mine after having a second baby. My baby is already 8 months old now but I still look like pregnant. Exercise alone doesn’t help, so I am thinking of taking diet pills to help me lose weight quickly.
