Prayer is a way of praising God, recognizing Him as the Supreme Being. Praying is connecting and anchoring to God especially in times of life's crises thus putting our faith and trust in God to give us strength. It is also asking God for favors. Lastly, we pray to thank the Lord for our blessings in life.
