Did you know that psychologists debate about the responses of people? Whether responses are constant, or subject to change depending on the situation?

For example, studies show that people tend to rush to the aid of someone in need when they are alone. However, when there is a crowd, people hesitate and wait for others to offer to help before they do. And if no one does, most just stand by and watch.

It is difficult to believe, isn’t it? Someone once defined character as being who you are when no one else is looking.
