Squash Pan de Sal

With the rising prices of wheat in the world market, Filipinos again experience the rise of prices of their “pan de sal” and other kinds of bread. Since pan de sal is usually eaten during breakfast, it had been suggested to prepare the squash pan de sal in as much as it is very rich in vitamin A. We just boil the squash and mash it to have a puree. Then mix it with other ingredients and bake. Though the bread is yellow in color, the taste is just the same as the ordinary pan de sal.
