Tinapay ng Bayan

The flour millers in the Philippines together with the Department of Trade and Industry have started selling pan de sal at cheaper prices than those sold in public markets and grocery stores. This is called the “Tinapay ng Bayan” which shows that the government and private sectors are working together so that prices of basic goods and commodities remain affordable. This bread is for the poorest sector which will be sold in barangay level.
