Work Principles

Here are ten principles of work by Ricardo T. Gloria that I want to share with you. I had memorized this since I graduated college and started hunting for a job. First, Serve God the best. Second, strive for excellence and productivity. Third, continuing search for innovation. Fourth, mirror simple and decent living. Fifth, value people and help them grow. Sixth, focus and prioritize. Seventh, promote public morality command, responsibility and accountability. Eighth, instill a high sense of urgency. Ninth, demand action and performance. And lastly, promote a clean work environment.
