Worms

A visionary once vividly described how big, live worms come out from the mouth of a person who is used to lying, cursing, gossiping or maligning others. The worms, according to the visionary, are strong. They spread so fast. The only way to stop them is when an apology is made or a lie is corrected. Do we have worms?
