When we arrived at the Del Monte clubhouse, the place was quite full. Golfers and other VIP’s were there, also taking their lunch. Good thing we found an empty table to accommodate us. The place has a good reputation because of their tender and delicious steak, so I ordered one for myself. And true to what people say cheap computer memory, their steak was really the best steak I have ever tasted my entire life! It was the time when I realized that the most delicious steak is not served in the west; rather, it is served in the country where people barely know the dish. Ironic isn’t it?!
