My sister has just reported to her new place of assignment. They had a regional reshuffling of assignments last January 8, 2010, were ninety percent of the employees were reassigned to a new agency. She told me that their new working place now lacks office furniture. Some employees have no table and chair yet. They are still in the process of buying things for their office.
