Parades are a great reason to watch television on Thanksgiving!

I greatly enjoy all of the festivities and holidays that are found throughout the year. I especially love Thanksgiving due to the fact that most everybody in my family turns up at either one parent's house or the other. I don't necessarily always go for the food during Thanksgiving, but the time to spend with my family is the best reason to go. Due to the fact that my parents are divorced I actually get two different Thanksgivings! This means I get to spend more one on one time with both parents, as opposed t5o spending a great deal of time with both of them together.

My fiancé and I usually go with my sister to the houses of my family, bringing gifts and foods such as cranberry sauce. I greatly enjoy helping people cook on this special day and will often find myself trying to take over preparations. I help at a local shelter where I live so I always make sure to help the Monday before Thanksgiving to help those have one who wouldn't otherwise be able too.

I also enjoy the fact that after Thanksgiving Dinner I can sit down and watch the festivities and parades on my satellite television that I got after seeing this Satellite TV comparison. There are always many lovely things going on in the country, and Alaska isn't really a place to have a parade. However, there are always great shows that feature them.
