When a three month old baby fails to respond to sounds, is unable to follow things with his eyes, lacks facial expressions anf drools all the time, it is time to check him out for Cerebral Palsy. These are the cerebral palsy symptoms. As a parent we normally detect this problem occur. We can’t tell the CP symptoms especially when the baby are very young but when they become more visible only as the child grows and his nervous system develops.
