Summer Heat

We can already feel the summer heat and people are looking for cool drinks and of course halo-halo. It is made of shaved ice mixed with milk, sugar, coconut strings, sugar palm fruit, purple yam, chick peas, white beans, coconut gel, jackfruit, banana (saba), leche flan, and top it with ice cream. Chowking (food chain) is famous for their halo-halo but, during summer time you will see halo-halo stand in every street corner. Yummy!
