I started watching this show on my new tv I got from DirectStarTV.com and it quickly became my favorite reality show dealing with the real estate business. I love how you get to go behind the metaphorical closed doors every week and watch 3 homeowners from around the nation try to come up with tactics to increase their home value. Real estate expert slash 1st gal to win Donald Trump's The Apprentice Kendra Todd host the show and helps these lucky individuals get a pro assessment and evaluation on their homes from local market experts. Though what makes these guys such experts, they never really say. But every episode - somehow, someway - these guys find ways to blow up the value of the homes. My roommates and I always love trying to guess just how much more or less they'll value the house afterward. And my favorite part is watching the home owners go ballistic with excitement when they get good news. You kind of feel sorry for the folks if it's bad news. You also learn cool tips like how to talk like a pro, typical 1st time home owner mistakes and where the real values of homes are at.
